Booking & travel terms for Max Tours

Please review the terms below. Confirming a booking means you agree to these conditions for your journey with us.

  1. Booking confirmation

    Booking can be confirmed without an advance payment.

  2. Cancellation notice

    If you cancel the booking, you must inform us at least 7 days in advance. If not, you will be required to pay half of the tour price.

  3. Mid-tour payment

    Half of the total payment must be paid when half of the tour days are completed.

  4. Final balance

    The remaining balance must be fully paid on the morning of the last day.

  5. Itinerary changes

    If you change the previously given itinerary and visit other places, additional charges will apply.

  6. Repeat routes

    If the same route has to be traveled twice, a charge of LKR 150 per kilometer will be applied.

  7. Mileage

    There is no daily limit on the distance driven.

  8. Driving hours

    Driving hours are after 7:30 AM and before 6:30 PM (may vary in some cases).
